CEO & Co-Founder
Theresia Silander Hagström has three great passions; Creating a better world, Food and Tech. She has a background within the field of social entrepreneurship in East Africa and NGOs, the latter as Secretary-General for the Swedish Federation of Young Scientists. Her passion for food has been expressed in many ways; writing a food blog, running a company selling locally produced food from small-scale farmers and baking a lot of sourdough bread. Theresia holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
COO & Co-Founder
Oytun Yildirimdemir is a serial entrepreneur, with his first venture TUGGOTT founded at the early age of eight, selling rare flavoured chewing gum to fellow kids at his schoolyard. After a decade of stage acting, together with several business successes and failures, the dots are finally getting connected in his main venture Eatit. Future thinker, problem solver and Food Tech evangelist. Oytun has his Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
Anders is a MD, Resident physician at Hudiksvall Hospital and Ph.D. candidate in Cardiology at Karolinska Institutet. Anders has a great passion for research and in addition to giving medical advice on how to improve your health, he is also making sure that Eatit is up to date with the latest research. An important role is to scrutinize new findings and research reports, making sure we can trust the quality of the research on which Eatit is based. Anders graduated from Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm.
Matilda Elfman is a registered dietitian and training instructor. She is an expert in nutrition and supporting people in making lifestyle changes - the key is to understand individual challenges and select matching interventions. Matilda was educated at Uppsala University.
Baran Topal is our senior tech developer with over ten years of experience in building scalable and secure systems as a consultant to large Swedish corporations. He holds a Master of Science in Information and Communication Technology from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Technology from Bilkent Üniversitesi in Turkey.
Timmy Lindholm is Eatit’s Backend developer with a passion for coding and running. He is one of those wonder kids that taught himself to code at the age of nine. Since then, he has continued to develop his interest in data, problem solving and coding. Timmy is a former Swedish elite middle distance runner and is currently studying Computer Science at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
Antonios Papadopoulos is Eatit’sFrontend Developer. He has a bachelors degree in Computer engineering from University of Patras in Greece and is currently studying for a masters degree in Human Computer Interaction at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. When he is not coding he loves to play tennis.
Machine Learning Engineer
Xuechun Xu is a Ph.D. student in Information Science and Engineering department at the Royal Institute of technology in Stockholm. She has a passion for large scale data inference, painting and cats. She has a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics Engineering from Beijing Jiaotong University in China and a Master of Science in System, control and robotics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm
Machine Learning Engineer
Pedram Fathollahzadeh in one of the machine learning engineers at Eatit, as well as a Systems Engineer at Saab. Last but not least, he is the guitar player of the band “the Green in My Tea”. Pedram has a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
