Weeks 2-5: Review of the FODMAP diet. Start the elimination phase.
Weeks 6-8: Begin reintroduction phase 1 – yellow-labeled foods. Possible follow-up with a dietitian to see if it’s time to begin the reintroduction.
Weeks 9-12: Begin reintroduction phase 2 – red-labeled foods. Afterward, add a stress management method. Follow-ups with a dietitian as needed.
